Epoxy mold making Gelcoat Resinpal 2304 is mixed with a hardener amount of 10 percent (mixing ratio: 100: 10 by weight) and should be stirred homogeneously before processing. You can achieve an even layer thickness by applying the gelcoat twice. Please note that the first layer should be gelled before the second top layer is applied. The minimum processing temperature should be 20 °C.
