Styrene-reduced polyester resin Resinpal 1715 including MEKP hardener, can be used with glass fiber mats in the automotive sector, in boat building, in model making, for the production of swimming pools and ponds as well as for the production of all kinds of molded parts and components.

Resinpal 1715 polyester resin can be purchased and used for both private and commercial use.

The universally applicable ready-to-use polyester resin Resinpal 1715 is ideally suited for applications in model making, for making impressions or for repairs to large and small holes and cracks. In our online shop you can choose between small containers from 1 kg resin + hardener and large containers from 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg or 50 kg + hardener. You can use our high-quality polyester resin, for example, to manufacture laminates using the "wet-on-wet" lamination process (GRP), to renovate roofs or to seal and manufacture showers or bathtubs.

The addition of peroxide can be controlled by means of an indicator system. The polyester resin Resinpal 1715 hardens tack-free and can be colored with polyester color pastes.

Our polyester laminating resins are easy to handle and easy to process. Make sure that the mixture is well mixed after adding the MEKP hardener and that the room and material temperature is at least 18 degrees. The hardener percentage for Resinpal 1715 polyester resin should be in the range from 1.5 to a maximum of 2 percent. A sufficient amount of hardener is of course included and is included in the price. The processing time is approx. 25 to 30 minutes. The curing time is 24 hours.

How many kilograms of Resinpal 1715 do I need for 1 square meter of glass fiber mat? To laminate one square meter of 300 g/m² glass fiber mat, approx. 0.8-1.0 kg of Resinpal 1715 polyester resin is required. Approx. 1.0-1.2 kg of Resinpal 1715 polyester resin are required for the glass fiber mat with a basis weight of 450 g/m².

Does Resinpal 1715 cure tack-free? Yes, the polyester resin Resinpal 1715 cures without tack. Before building up another layer, the laminate should be sanded.

What is the processing time of Resinpal 1715? With the addition of approx. 1.5% MEKP hardener, the processing time is approx. 25 to 30 minutes.

What does styrene-reduced polyester resin mean? By reducing the styrene content in the Polyester resin Resinpal 1715 below a certain value, it is possible to send Polyester resin to private customers by mail. The processing and technical properties largely correspond to our non-styrene-reduced polyester resins.

Ich merke keinen Unterschied. Sehr gutes Harz.
Ich habe damit mein Boot repariert. Ich merke keinen Unterschied zum Polyesterharz mit Styrol. Ich kann das Polesetrharz Resinpal 1715 durchweg empfehlen.
